TO USE THIS PRODUCT 

1. Smear liquid magnesium onto the skin using only a few drops at a time.

2. If you experience slight skin irritation wipe area with moist cloth after ten minutes or mix with moisturiser or oil.

3. Leave Product on skin to be fully absorbed into the body (about ten minutes).

Headaches/migraines - one drop on each of the temples or smear across forehead. If headache persists, place a further drop behind the ears where the skull and neck meet. If Karma Rub does not produce the required results please seek medical advice. 

Muscle fatigue/bruising - use on affected area as with cramps.

Calcium Spurs - Smear a couple drops on the affected area minimum three times per day.

Cramps and Restless Legs - Two to three drops smeared on the muscles that are cramping and surrounding area. Smear on the thigh muscle, base of spine and behind knees from restless legs.

 Arthritis/Rheumatism - smear on a couple drops on the effected area twice a day - 4 drops will cover both hands or a foot.

Magnesium Supplement - smear on the soles of the feet daily. 

Sleeplessness - smear Karma Rub across the back of neck before going to bed.

Please note: After Application you may notice a salt-like residue on the skins surface, if you wish to remove residue wipe area with moist cloth after 10min.
